Parent Teacher Association

In response to the need of schools for financial support beyond the school fees, a parent-teacher association was formed. These associations have since developed further to support schools in ways other than just financial ones. PTA provides a place for discussion between educators, parents, and school administration. with many schools, PTA has also aided with the development of infrastructure. The association serves as a channel for parents’ and teachers’ complaints to be transferred.

The association has its own elected executive members comprising the :

• Chairman
• Vice Chairman
• Secretary
• Financial Secretary
• Treasurer
• Head teacher and Assistant Head teacher
• Two representatives from the teaching staff and
• Two parent’s members
